We had a low-keyed meeting at the Prince of Wales. I would like to say it was
nice to see Tim on his Daytona, followed up by Bill on good old Tigger. Mark and
Stephanie came from the East bay on their Bonnie and Legend and Jean-Luc on his
Sprint ST. Such a nice assortment of bikes, sort of reminded me of a really cool
flower arrangement, colorful and pleasant.
Talked a bit of track days and where would be a logical place to have one. It’s
still in the air, but we are thinking in the fall perhaps.
We talked about our meeting spots and rides and came to the conclusion that
since we are CAL Triumph’s RAT pack that we should have our meetings in one
location and start all of our rides from the shop. This way everyone knows where
to meet and there will be no questions about it. We are thinking that the Duke
of Edinburgh would be a good meeting place in Cupertino, since we normally have
a good turn outs there..
Our ride is to the races at Sears Point Race Way, I guess that’s Infineon to
some and will meet at Cal tomorrow, the 14th, at 9 AM.
It looks as if Saturday will behold a wonderful riding day for us.
As for me, I am somewhat under the weather and most likely will not be able to
make the ride. I will show up at CAL to see you off, hoping you enjoy the races.
Ride Safe,
