Hello to everyone! Our meeting at The Englander brought the familiar faces and a
couple of new ones. Thank you for joining us Graeme and Ernie!
The discussions were of the following:
We have decided on getting the Autocom head seats for the leaders and
chasers to use during the rides. This will make it easier for us to keep track
of how everyone is doing on the ride. Cal Triumph is helping make it possible
for our pack to have the Autocoms. Thank you very much Mike and Kari….
Mike has also agreed to a tech session on Triumphs for us. He would like
some suggestions and particulars from us on what the tech should involve, so we
can benefit from it. Please Email your suggestions to: info@bayarearatpack.com
Greg states that we have $185 in our kitty. Well, that’s a start. Since we
are a new pack, it will take some time to build up funds, so…. Let’s keep
working on it. Don’t forget to check out our RAT items on our website. Look for
the Café Press link.
For those of you that like to have especially clean bikes, DetailZ is the
place for you. They will detail your bike to an unbelievable shine. They clean
lots of motorcycles for various shows. Their phone number is 408 623-0437 and
they are located in San Jose California. Scott Harper can help you with any
questions regarding detailing.
We agreed that perhaps on some rides this year; we will try our hand at a
poker run. This will perhaps work out when we have joint rides with our
neighboring Triumph people. February’s ride will start in Hayward and we will
ride though the Oakland hills Skyline. For further information, please go to
our website.
Our ride schedule is posted on our site for the year. Rides are subject to
change and from time to time, we may have more rides scheduled within the month.
Please go to our website for coming meetings, rides and events.
That’s it for now. Ride safe, ride smart, and have a wonderful Valentine’s
Day with the one you love.
